B.S. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Ten years experience in management of multiple projects with demonstrated competence in management of custom engineered automation projects. Hands-on, team player with high tolerance for ambiguity who seeks challenges and who is goal oriented. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with customer executives and plant managers. Experience in utilizing project management techniques and tools (PERT, CPM). Certification by the Project Management Institute a plus.
B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology. Five years or more of specific experience in proposal and applications engineering for assembly &/or material handling systems. Responsible for developing concepts of automation solutions and proposal writing.
B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology. Ten years of overall experience with machine design and debug of automated assembly and manufacturing systems. Five years of this experience as a lead mechanical engineer responsible for the design and debug of automated systems. Must be proficient in Autocad and at least one solids modeling software package (preferably SolidWorks). Responsible for leading the machine design of asynchronous and synchronous automated assembly or manufacturing systems. Robotic cell design experience is a plus.
B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology. Ten years of overall experience with controls system design, debug, and implementation. Five years of this experience as a lead controls engineer for multiple automation projects. Responsible for leading PLC programming, robot programming, motion control, and electrical design on assigned projects. Vision and lighting experience is a plus.
B.S. in Engineering or Engineering Technology. Five years or more experience as a controls engineer on automation projects. Responsible for PLC programming, robot programming, motion control, and electrical design.
Five years of machining and machine build experience. Strong tool making and troubleshooting skills required. Tool and Die certificate desired.
Three years minimum experience in panel build and machine wiring. Able to read Electrical and pneumatic schematics. Must have a strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and NFPA 79.
Associate degree in an engineering specialty, or equivalent trade school or military training. 3 years experience in system repair. Duties include on-site equipment installation and service. Responsible for equipment repair, must be able to diagnose and solve equipment failures. Must train customers to operate and maintain equipment and serve as administrative and technical liaisons to customers.
Associate's degree or other significant education in electrical/mechanical technology. 5+ years of field engineering experience working on electrical/mechanical equipment. Position requires excellent mechanical aptitude, experience with microprocessors and PLC’s, understanding of power and signal written drawings, outstanding communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Good computer literacy and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with directly related experience, including factory maintenance and software-controlled automated equipment installation and repair.
